Základní relaxační a nejdůležitější poziceMiminka milují být celá zanořená ve vodě, je tedy potřeba zanořit plaváčka až po bradičku, stále ve vyvýšeném klubíčku. Budeme překvapení, jak kolik musíme vynaložit síly, abychom zanořili i bříško a prsíčka.
